We handle everything for you! Our team will:

• Arrive at your property at the agreed time
• Inflate the hot tub in your chosen location
• Connect it to your power supply
• Fill it with water (takes about 1 hour with good water pressure)
• Add the initial chemicals
• Walk you through the controls and care instructions

All you need to do is show us where you'd like it set up!

You'll need a flat, level surface approximately 2.5m x 2.5m (about 8ft x 8ft). This can be:

• A patio or paved area
• Decking (must be sturdy enough to support the weight)
• Firm, level grass or lawn

The surface needs to support the weight of the hot tub when full (approximately 1,500kg). If you're unsure whether your space is suitable, just send us a photo and we'll advise.

You'll need a standard 13 amp electrical socket. Ideally this should be:

• An outdoor waterproof socket
• RCD protected for safety
• Within reach of the hot tub location (we have limited extension capabilities)

Important: The hot tub must remain connected to the power throughout your hire period. Never switch it off, as this keeps the water warm and the filtration running.

Water supply: You'll need access to a garden hose or tap. We use this to fill the hot tub during setup (takes about 1 hour with good pressure).

Drainage: When we collect the hot tub, we use industrial pumps to drain the water. This can go:

• Down a drain
• Onto your garden (once cooled and chlorine has evaporated - usually 24-48 hours after last chemical treatment)

We'll discuss drainage options when we set up.

The hot tub typically takes around 24 hours to reach full temperature (40°C) when filled with cold water. This varies depending on:

• Starting water temperature
• Outside air temperature
• Whether you keep the cover on (which you should!)

We'll arrange a delivery time that suits you, giving you plenty of time to have it ready for your event.

We provide all the chemicals you need and add the initial treatment during setup. We'll also leave you with:

• Additional chlorine tablets
• Test strips
• Simple instructions for maintaining water quality

It's straightforward - just a quick test and add a tablet if needed. We'll walk you through everything when we deliver.

Our Lay-Z-Spa Helsinki comfortably seats up to 7 adults. It's spacious enough for a small party or family gathering, while still being cosy for couples or smaller groups.

Yes! Hot tubs are fantastic in cooler weather - there's something magical about sitting in warm bubbles while it's cold (or even snowing!) outside.

The insulated cover keeps the heat in when not in use. Just avoid using the hot tub in severe weather conditions like thunderstorms or very high winds.

We require a £50 returnable booking fee to secure your dates. This is returned in full when we collect the hot tub, provided it's in good condition.

The booking fee covers any potential damage beyond normal wear and tear. We're not looking to keep your money - we just need to protect our equipment!

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is:

• 7+ days before delivery: Full refund of your booking fee
• Less than 7 days: Unfortunately, we can't refund the booking fee as we've likely turned away other bookings

If you need to change your dates rather than cancel completely, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Booking is easy! Just give us a call or send us a message with your preferred dates. We offer flexible delivery to suit your schedule, with options including:

• Weekend hire: 4 nights of relaxation
• Mid-week hire: 3 nights for a quick getaway
• Full week: 7 nights for the ultimate break

Children can use the hot tub, but please note:

• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Keep sessions shorter for children (10-15 minutes recommended)
• Consider using a lower temperature setting for young children
• Never leave children unattended around the hot tub, even when it's covered
