When we deliver the hot tub one of our team will install it in your required location. We then inflate the hot tub, connect the pump and start filling the water. If your water pressure is good, then it should only take around an hour to fill. We will wait while it fills, usually setting up any other equipment hired. Once full we will turn on the heater and add the required chemicals. If your water pressure is low, and filling the hot tub is slow we may leave the hot tub to fill while install another. It this case it will be the hirers job to stop the water at the required level. We will return later that dat to add the chemicals and get the hot tub up and running.

The requirements are quite simple;

• A flat level surface 2meters by 2 meters
• A power supply - This can be inside, but obviously to keep the hot tub hot over night this will need to remain in place for the entire hire period.
• A water supply - A Hot water supply will allow you to get the hot tub up and running quicker, but cold water is fine.
• Drainage - We will need somewhere to drain the water when your Hot Tub Hire is over. A household drain is fine, however the water can be used on gardens and grass aslong as the water is left to cool and the chlorine to evaporate.
